About this app

NearbySafe Guard is the response companion to NearbySafe, the community
safety app. It is built for security guards and response teams who protect
a private NearbySafe community — an estate, neighbourhood watch, farm
compound, or family group.

HOW IT WORKS
• Your community admin creates a guard PIN in their NearbySafe app
• Open NearbySafe Guard, enter the 6-digit PIN — that's the whole sign-in.
No phone number, no account, no subscription.
• From that moment the phone is on duty: when anyone in the community
triggers an SOS, this phone sounds a loud alarm — even on silent or
vibrate — with the person's name and live location on a map.

BUILT FOR RESPONDING
• See every active SOS in your community at a glance
• Open an SOS to see the exact location, get turn-by-turn directions,
and see who else is responding
• Tap "I'm responding" to share your position with the person in distress
• Mark yourself arrived, flag that medical or police help is needed, and
resolve the event when it's handled

SIMPLE BY DESIGN
• One PIN per shift or per guard — the admin can revoke a PIN at any time,
which signs its guards out instantly
• No personal information required from the guard
• Free for guards. The community's NearbySafe subscription covers it.
