Garbage. I wish I had gotten a refund. My old D3 Connect worked for years. Upgraded to the D10 when the D3 failed after working for years. The D10 requires this junk MyNeato App. It often has network issues, even though my phone has a great WiFi connection and the D10 is just feet away from my access point. I press the 'locate' button and the robot starts beeping instantly (it is connected). I have contacted support often, and nothing good comes of it. DO NOT BUY!

App glitches constantly. Changing between eco and power mode only works if you use the Android back button; doesn't work if you use the in-menu back button. Mapping functionality relies on the robot being online. Robot frequently gets stuck and has issues navigating (this is the D8) even after cleaning every part. The boundary markers I ordered from Neato to mark off the areas where it would have trouble don't work at all. I am *extremely displeased* with my purchase - do not recommend.

This app is unfortunately a downgrade from the initial app. The biggest negative that I can see is that the cleaning zones are only allowed to have four corners that you drag and drop. In the previous neato app, you could custom- draw the zones, so you could have irregular zones. For my house, this is important, because I have rooms that jet off of other rooms that I want included in the same cleaning zone.
