tried 15+ times to connect to the device. 1 successful connection. very buggy. keeps logging me off or the app shuts down. essentially unusable. The diffuser itself works but the app makes this not worth the device purchasing. There are others with similar device with better apps. Unless they fix the issue ASAP, I will be returning the device or be forced to run to the basement whenever I want or need to change the settings

I don't know if this app needs to be updated and glitches fixed, but initially I did not have any difficulty. I now how 2 devices and the app will not even let me log in. Kind of worthless to have two Bluetooth devices if I can't log into the app. I would like to set a schedule and control the functions. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling tje app to start from the beginning. No luck.

I have 2 NL300 diffusers and neither one will connect to this app. It's absolutely awful. You can't use the product the way it is described because of this. Fix the app or whatever the issue is.
