PulseIQ is the mobile field operations app for teams using PulseIQ workspaces.
Built for construction and field-service teams, PulseIQ helps workers stay connected to assigned projects, tasks, time logs, site reports, and project conversations while working in the field.
CREATE AND ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
Create an account or sign in using supported email and social sign-in options. After signing in, choose your available workspace, switch between organizations, update your profile, manage notification preferences, and securely sign out when needed.
JOIN THROUGH AN INVITATION
Workspace owners and administrators invite members by email. Open the invitation link, sign in or create your PulseIQ account, and accept the invitation. Once accepted, the workspace and assigned work become available in the mobile app according to your role and permissions.
TRACK TIME ACCURATELY
Start, pause, resume, and end task timers from your phone. With location permission enabled, PulseIQ records location information during time-tracking events so organizations can review where work was started and completed.
KEEP WORKING WITH LIMITED CONNECTIVITY
When a connection is unavailable, timer events can be stored securely on the device and synchronized when connectivity returns.
MANAGE TASKS AND PROJECTS
View assigned work, upcoming tasks, overdue tasks, and project progress. Depending on permissions, create or update tasks, set priorities and statuses, add tags, attach photos, and review milestones and shared files.
REPORT SITE ISSUES
Create and review site reports with descriptions, categories, severity levels, project information, photos, locations, and comments.
STAY CONNECTED TO PROJECT TEAMS
Project channels keep conversations connected to the work they support. Receive notifications about task assignments, schedule changes, messages, and time-tracking events.
USE PULSEIQ ACROSS MOBILE AND WEB
The mobile app and web dashboard use the same PulseIQ account and workspace data.
The mobile app is designed for field members to view assigned work, track time, work offline, submit reports, review project information, participate in project channels, and receive notifications.
The web dashboard is designed for owners, administrators, and managers to manage members, teams, projects, tasks, schedules, time logs, locations, reports, analytics, estimates, and workspace settings.
Updates synchronize between both apps when connectivity is available. Features depend on account role and workspace permissions.
