About this app

This application is exclusive to NEC Platforms' Aterm series.
You can check the status of Aterm and connected slave devices at home or in remote locations.

▼Visualize and operate your home network
By registering the target Aterm with this application, you can check information about the Aterm and connected slave devices (such as computers).
You can also reboot Aterm, update firmware, and change wireless channels.

▼Various Aterm settings can be configured from your smartphone or tablet device
You can use the Aterm setup assist function to configure/manage your home Aterm while connected to Wi-Fi.
Search for Aterms in your network and display links to each feature page.

▼Information on how to solve poor radio waves
The app will show you where the wireless connection is malfunctioning and provide you with solutions.

▼Notice information from Aterm via push notifications
If there is a notification from Aterm, a push notification will be sent to this application.

▼Visualize Wi-Fi signal strength/communication status
You can visualize Wi-Fi signal strength and communication status using the heat map function.
*Radio wave strength and communication status cannot be measured at the same time.
*To use Wi-Fi communication status visualization, you need two smartphones with this app (ver 3.0.X or higher) installed.
The first smartphone is used as a speed measurement server and the second smartphone is used as a speed measurement client to measure the communication speed via a Wi-Fi access point (this is a communication measurement between devices within the LAN, This is not a measurement result of internet speed. Communication speed is affected by the performance of the smartphone and the Wi-Fi standard used.

We will receive and notify you of various information regarding Aterm, such as coupon notifications.

▼Equipped with other functions
- You can manage Aterms in multiple locations as a group.
・You can display the network diagram.
*If you are using Aterm WX3600HP as the base device, you cannot display the network diagram.

Aterm AX1800HP (ver1.1.4 or later. Mesh Wi-Fi function must be enabled.)

・During initial settings, it is necessary to connect the smartphone to the same network as the target Aterm.
- When you create a new account, the system will send you an email containing an identification verification code.
You may not be able to receive this email if you have implemented anti-spam measures on the device that receives the email.

・In rare cases, it has been reported that if you register a group name, device name, or handset name using characters other than half-width alphanumeric characters, you will not be able to log in to this app. We recommend registering using half-width alphanumeric characters.
