Tonsora is a digital appointment book for barbers, hairdressers, and beauty salons.
It was designed according to salon practices in Türkiye: the customer calls by phone, and you write it in the book. You don't need to make anyone download an app.
YOUR DAILY WORK
• Appointment book: write down appointments received by phone with two taps
• See who will be coming throughout the day on a single screen; arrived, completed, did not arrive
• Queue list for customers who arrive without an appointment and in-salon TV mode
• QR code to hang on the door: the customer scans it, and it writes to you via WhatsApp
• Send appointment reminders to your customers via WhatsApp with a single tap
YOUR SALON
• Service, duration, and price list — a ready-made list suitable for the type is automatically loaded
• Tracking of staff, commission rate, and chair rental
• Customer card: past transactions, notes, allergies, and preferences
• Portfolio: record your work, show it to hesitant customers via phone
• Daily appointment, completed work, and turnover summary
Customers do not need to download an app. Appointments and reminders are managed from your phone.
You log in with your email and password. The application is in Turkish.
