Like all innovative ideas, F.I.P.P - Feedback for Public and Private Institutions arose from a necessity of its own, the lacks of which had to be covered. Thus, the cumbersome and bureaucratic process of registering complaints/petitions, but also the simple desire to say when something is going well or can be improved, led us to make everything as simple as possible.
Thus, we have transformed the arduous composition of official documents or letters of thanks or even recommendations into questionnaires predefined for the user, but customizable by the partner entities. Regarding the long waiting times, we offer a solution to the registration operations by simply uploading an official document from the institutions, directly in the application.
