About this app

Nectain lets you securely capture, find, and work with documents wherever you are. It’s the mobile companion for organizations that use Nectain to run document-heavy processes — approvals, HR, finance, procurement, projects, service cases, and more.

With the app, you don’t have to wait until you’re back at your desk to move a document forward. Access your documents, tasks, and discussions on the go. Browse smart folders, search across document content and metadata, respond to document tasks, and add new documents right from your phone camera. Keep processes moving with mobile notifications and built-in AI summaries that help you understand long files faster.

Do more with your documents :

• Secure repository with smart folders – browse the structure your admins configured for you, so you always see the right documents for your role or department.

• Smart search – quickly find documents by metadata (names, dates, IDs, contract numbers) and by full document text. Even on mobile you can locate the exact file you need.

• Document status notifications – stay on top of approvals, new assignments, comments, and status changes.

• Document tasks – open a document and complete the action right away: approve, review, add info, or pass it to the next step.

Collaborate anywhere:

• Commenting – leave clarifications, questions, or context directly under the document so the history stays in one place.

• Document discussions (public and private) – keep internal notes separate from shared threads. Public discussions can be visible to the whole team, while private threads can be used for sensitive topics.
