About this app

Nederin is the app for psychologists: your schedule, your patients, your invoices, your reminders, and more, all in one place.

Open the app and you'll know who you're seeing today, at what time, and what's due. No need to search through three different apps.

YOUR DAY, SORTED

• Today. The home screen: upcoming sessions, who's next, and what's on your to-do list. No need to open anything else.

• Schedule. Your own or your entire practice's schedule, by day, week, or month, with absences and non-session events displayed. It syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar.

• Appointment Requests. Patients request appointments through your website, and you accept with a single tap: the session is added to your existing schedule.

EACH PATIENT, IN THEIR OWN RECORD

• Their information, sessions, invoices, exercises, and signed consent form, all without switching screens.

• Informed consent. Use the Nederin template or create your own, with your PDF attachments. The patient signs it via a link, and you keep the document with their date and version.

• Exercises between sessions. You assign work, they log it from their account, and you read their entries and leave your notes where appropriate.

This data is part of their medical records and is treated as such. Personal data is encrypted in the database, not just in transit. You can require two-factor authentication for your entire team. Every time someone opens a patient's record, it is logged. And the data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR is signed within the app, not by email.
