About this app

NED Order is the staff companion app for restaurants running on the NED platform. Keep on top of incoming orders and table reservations in real time, from anywhere in the venue — without going back to the office computer.

LIVE ORDERS
See new orders the moment they arrive. Orders stream in over a live connection, with a push notification and an in-app alert so nothing is missed during a busy service. Search and filter the order list, open any order for the full breakdown, and move it through its statuses as the kitchen works.

PICK YOUR ALERT SOUND
Choose the in-app alert that cuts through your room — chime, ping, or alert — so staff recognise a new order while the app is open without looking at the screen.

CREATE ORDERS BY HAND
Take a phone or walk-in order directly in the app. Choose the branch, pick items from your live menu, apply a promo, and set the payment method.

RESERVATIONS
Review upcoming table reservations, confirm or reject them with a reason, and see at a glance which ones have already paid a deposit.

SHARE RECEIPTS
Send an order receipt straight out of the app using your phone's normal share sheet.

MENU AVAILABILITY
When something runs out mid-service, switch the item off for that branch in a couple of taps — the storefront updates immediately, so customers stop ordering what you cannot make.

OPENING HOURS AND PICKUP
Keep opening hours current and tune your pickup settings — preparation time and how many orders each slot can take — without logging in to a desktop.
