• Admins build and publish the team schedule, assigning ushers to specific roles, service times, and stations.
• Ushers see their upcoming shifts at a glance and can set their own scheduling preferences (how often they're available, preferred service times, and more) so admins can build a schedule that actually works for the team.

EVENTS
• Post one-time or multi-date events with specific time slots.
• Ushers mark which times they're available to serve.
• Admins review availability and assign ushers directly onto the official schedule with one tap.

TEAM MESSAGING
• Team channels and direct messages, in real time.
• Share photos, documents, and GIFs, react to messages, and stay connected with the whole team — or just one person.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS
• Admins can post announcements to the whole team.
• Push notifications keep everyone informed without having to constantly check the app.
