travel with your own risk. this is not my word. a traffic police who chased applied fine to this bus consistently for several times. this police man warned us with these words. drivers do not follow lane discipline which leads to loose your life. if these people are not going to improve even after traffic police charge fine, then don't expect improvement from them. Find other safe option

Useless app. No OTP received after trying to register innumerable times. Website also sucks. It's really shocking how they are running businesses when they can't manage such simple affairs.

Booked an Ac bus but in between the journey they have asked to adjust in the other bus(either than neeta) ... And the staff members were so rude that they haven't responded and when they reply they replied in a rude manner... And this is the second time I'm facing the issue with the neeta travels...
