Day by day the bus quality is dropping, bus is not maintained properly, either the tyres get punctured and the driver is alone and needs public help to change it or the bus breaks fail. today the breaks are down. Earlier once the driver didn't stop at my dropping point that caused inconvenience and when complained there is no response.

Everything was good until the bus was broken in Navi Mumbai. 1 hr. wasted. another bus came with only 7 seats empty. Very irritating

travel with your own risk. this is not my word. a traffic police who chased applied fine to this bus consistently for several times. this police man warned us with these words. drivers do not follow lane discipline which leads to loose your life. if these people are not going to improve even after traffic police charge fine, then don't expect improvement from them. Find other safe option
