On October 1, 2021 I ordered a Oelo xmas light kit and did a self installation. The install worked great. Fast forward to October 2022, The APP has stopped working. I keep getting an error- “connection failed”, are you on the right network. I performed a force stop in android apps via settings. Re-started my android phone. Tap retry the app responds connecting, same error. I have to unplug the controller to turn off the lights. Lights are not working and the app is not working, complete fail.

We LOVE our lights!! They are practically invisible during the day and they look amazing at night! There are so many possibilities of colors and patterns...and the app is so easy to use. On top of that, Devon and his team were great to work with and did an amazing installation job. Totally worth it!
