Worst support ever............no one from Neighbium team is reachable not having contact nos to contact them

App is excellent for accounting, but needs to improve on payment collection schedule. In initial days of the app the payment collection schedule used to get created instantly. Now the batch processing takes a lot of time. Sometimes many hours for the schedule to get activated. The customer support is awesome, tracking daily expenses and generating reports is excellent

Worst support ever. Tried connecting the team on call, whatsapp, email, twitter - they didn't bother to respond even after 24 hours. Such is the their support. Plus the app has such a basic interface like it's done by a college student. The app is very basic and no idea why societies are really using it. The competitors are offering way better service and support them this.
