Once in the app, things seem to work fine. But the fact that I have to open the app several times, two different ways, before I can even get started, is annoying. I have my fingerprint saved with biometrics. Yet half the time after I've opened the app with that, it STILL brings me to the sign-in screen and asks me to sign in with a password. The point of the biometrics is to bypass typing in passwords. So there has to be some kind of glitch in the system.

While it is good for checking balances and transferring from one account to the other, the mobile deposit feature has suddenly started malfunctioning. You get as far as taking the pics of front and back of check, then when you click to make the deposit, the app shuts down...every single time. I have brought this to Neighbors' attention months ago, but obviously it fell on deaf ears. Fix the app!!!

This is a terrible app. It's unreliable and unresponsive. It has errors every single time I attempt to use it. I can only access my account about half the time, regardless of how strong my connection is. And you can forget about trying to look through old transactions. If the app worked the way it's supposed to, it would be a solid 3- to 4-star banking app. I guess being a local credit union rather than a huge banking institution doesn't allow Neighbors to create a reliable functioning app.
