Ratings and reviews

You shouldn't need the app, but they intentionally don't have a fully functional website so you have to download this. Also when you rent it doesn't really tell you where it is. The trailer I rented was supposed to be in the metro next door but it's really not. It's 120 blocks away from me. That's beyond ridiculous
