Ratings and reviews

They don't do a great job at verifying the condition of things they list. I've gotten a lot of items that say they're new and unopened and they've obviously been opened and are broken, missing parts, and I even had an empty box once. My last pickup, almost every single item, even though it was marked new or functional, was broken, not functional, and one box didn't have the item listed on the box inside and contained trash. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful.

Misleading. Nellis Auction continues to label items as "new" "in package" "not damaged" and "no missing parts" while I continue to purchase them and then find out upon arrival that they are Used, Not in packaging, broken and missing parts. This has happened to me 4 times already. I've reached out to the company each time to explain that the Dallas location is not labeling items correctly and they simply advise a return. I plan to leave this review multiple places to ensure others are warned.

This app is absolutely annoying, the first item I purchased is a vanity that is over $100 and it comes with a shattered mirror, and then you try to go do a return and it takes you to a whole different place making you log in again and if you don't have your login information good luck. it should be much easier, a man lost millions of dollars because of his password was lost on an app. haven't people learned from this yet? It's annoying and nobody wants to go to separate websites.
