This is one of the best auction platforms. And it's right here in mesa!! The only problem I have had with them is when I went to pick up an item I had won the bid for they gave it to someone else. So I lost that item, but they refunded my money. Other than that they are awesome and when you go to pick up your item(s) it's quick... Even if there is a line wrapped around the building they are still quick to get people their products/items! My whole family loves it!

They don't do a great job at verifying the condition of things they list. I've gotten a lot of items that say they're new and unopened and they've obviously been opened and are broken, missing parts, and I even had an empty box once. My last pickup, almost every single item, even though it was marked new or functional, was broken, not functional, and one box didn't have the item listed on the box inside and contained trash. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful.

Awful, definitely annoying and Addicting. No matter what I do. desk top, or update the app. there is absolutely no way to reschedule a pick up appointment. Emailing is a waste of time. Asking clerks when your picking up your items - I have been advised that there is no way to reschedule so it goes back in the market to bid again. Very frustrating. No live people. It's not that easy as they say. Forget emailing or asking a clerk face to face. Mine as well call it gone. Heads up
