I'd leave zero stars if it let me. Terrible app. Does not work for logging in for Student Loans (the only thing this bank does to my knowledge). So what's the point? This needs to be fixed. If y'all are going to hound people for money, you can spend some of that on fixing this horrible piece of garbage app to actually do it's job or remove the darn app from this store. Google should have never allowed it on here.

I made an account and when I tried to fetch my loans then it said my information was incorrect. I have checked it all multiple times and it was all correct information. All the message in response is "if you believe this information is correct, contact us" yet it does not give a phone number or anything. Terrible experience for a mobile app.

I'm trying to reset my password, but anytime I request to have the email sent (yes to the correct email), the reset email never comes. If they want to collect my money more efficiently, then they should prioritize the app.
