It states that there is a "server communication error." Uninstalled, reinstalled, everything is up to date. App is not working on Android. Garbage. Not working correctly....along with everything else from "NEMEPA"...where the power goes out so much that I have battery backups on electronics.

Easy to use! I can view/pay my bills (light and internet), report outages in my area, and receive notifications of outages and restoration. Never had a problem logging in or app crashing.

Was working just fine until a few months ago. I keep getting a communication sever error. Called in to the local office and was told they were updated the app and still not able to get it to work. 👎🏼
