Dream Care Driver is the official driver app for Dream Care's non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) service. Manage your shifts, accept assigned trips, navigate to patients, and get paid — all in one place.

LOCATION TRACKING & FOREGROUND SERVICE

While you have an active trip in progress, Dream Care Driver uses a foreground service to continuously share your location with the dispatch center — even when the app is in the background or your phone is locked. This powers real-time dispatch monitoring for passenger safety, accurate live ETAs for riders, and trip verification. A persistent notification is shown the entire time location is being shared, and tracking stops automatically as soon as your trip ends. Location is shared only with your dispatch team.
