This app verifies NEMT transport by capturing and saving what individual was picked up, where they were picked up, what medical facility they were dropped off at, the location of that facility, who accepted them at that medical facility, what medical facility the individual was picked up from, the location of that facility, that the individual picked up was the same as the one who was dropped off and the location of the residence where the individual was dropped off at.
