Nenvik is job management software for Australian trade and service businesses. Run quotes, jobs, field work and invoices from one app, with the office, the crew and your customers working from the same records.
An account with a Nenvik business is required. Owners, office staff and field workers sign in to their business workspace. Customers use the customer portal with access provided by their business.

LOCATION, FILES AND NOTIFICATIONS
When a business enables GPS time start, a fresh foreground location reading checks whether work starts at the assigned job site.
Optional automatic job-site time attendance uses background location to check arrival even when the app is closed or not in use. A fresh precise reading is verified online against the worker's assignment and business policy before work time starts. Separate departure consent allows departure reminders. Assisted mode leaves time running for review. If the business selects Automatic stop, a fresh online check after a five-minute departure window may stop the same work segment at the confirmed server time.
Location permission alone does not enable automation. You can decline background access, turn automation off or withdraw permission and use manual timer controls. Manual starts still follow any GPS requirement set by the business. Background checks can be delayed or unavailable and require an internet connection. The app does not keep a route history or replay location readings offline. Location is not used for advertising.
Choose photos or documents for upload using your device's file selection controls, or take an upload photo with a camera app. Optional notifications provide updates; notification permission can be changed in device settings.
Available pages and actions depend on your role, permissions and the features enabled for your business. Nenvik subscriptions are managed outside the app.
