I installed this because I didn't know how else to give you feedback on the evaluation process. Every couple months, we the employees are expected to come up with new goals to improve our performance. This is based on the assumption that our work performance is subpar & must be improved, with nothing in place to acknowledge that we have succeeded or achieved, & every couple months we do it again. It's like Weight Watchers. The business model is based on failure and starting over ad nauseam.
