Update - I have STILL not received help. I just don't know what to say. 🫤 I cleared all the content and decided to buy a cosmetic item, but it was never added to my game. A support team member asked me to provide proof with screenshots, which I sent immediately, and at this time I have not heard back for weeks. For how aggressive the premium advertising is and how overpriced the items are, I'm shocked the app can just STEAL. Really horrible experience.

This game has potential but is definitely broken. I am stuck on the main quest and a side quest that is soft locking me out of progressing in the game. I need items that aren't currently obtainable. Ive opened a ticket with support over a month ago and havent had any help, resolve, or even a response from a team member. Its very disappointing. At least I can still get my neopets rewards but id really like to actually progress in the app.

This game got a lot more tedious with the new update that took away the ability to mine a bunch of items. The dailies calendar is boring. Once you finish out the game, there isn't much to play for. It takes way to long to grind out items to throw away at the donation dome now. I really wish they'd do something with this game thats less "we fixed the bugs that made it enjoyable" and more, "added this to expand the game".
