The Neo Smart Blinds App is designed to work with the Smart Controller, allowing you to pair, control, and automate compatible 433.92MHz motorized blinds from over 20 brands. The app offers custom instructions and control options that match the specific features supported by each blind brand.

Major motorized blind brands and retailers have partnered with us to provide their own setup codes, customizing the app experience and making the pairing process easier.

Compatible Smart Controllers (model C-BR300) with different casings:
– Eclipse Powershade Smart Controller: oval case
– Louvolite One Touch: rectangular case

Which Setup Code Should I Use?
We recommend using the setup code provided by your blind retailer. This ensures a simplified pairing process with a tailored list of options. If you purchased your Smart Controller from a different retailer and no setup code was provided, you can set up your account using the SBH20 setup code.

For each of your blinds, compare their remote controls with the compatibility list available at neosmartblinds.com under Menu > Smart Controller > Compatibility.

Very easy to use and setup, works as advertised! Only 4 stars because the sunrise/set feature doesn't work unless you allow the app to constantly run geo in the background. I tried 'only while using the app ' and the sunrise schedule didn't work. This is ridiculous because the app has my city)state. The sunrise/set feature could easily work if the company wanted it to without the Geo location turned on. Instead, you must use data and drain your battery for the feature to work, no thanks.

App works very well, is responsive and stable. I really like the schedule feature that allows me to automate my blinds to maximize light and reduce glare later in the day as the sun's position changes. Being able to schedule based on time of day or related to sunrise/sunset is a great feature. Home assistant functionality with voice commands works great. When issues arise, tech support is friendly and responsive.

The app is great but it drives a pretty ordinary smart controller and software. Sometimes I can control my blinds sometimes I can't. The connection is hopeless and it tells me that my password is wrong - imbecilic! I contacted the help desk and they had no solution however the online trouble shooting guide, although complicated and time consuming, when followed totally, fixed the issues with my system.
