Update: while limits to features still exist, support was vey helpful and generous with their time to explain the challenges. They also gave me a workaround to address a specific scenario I was trying to accomplish. Also, I found my concerns are known issues that are actively being worked and they were courteous enough to give me an update. The interface, usability, and stability of the app is well done and the team seems to run a pretty solid operation. Looking forward to the updates!

While adding more favorite or specific positions isn’t possible due to motor limitations, we are considering scheduling scenes and more TDBU options for future updates. Like other reviews have stated, the problem lies with this app and/or hub. It sends the signal to the hub and blinds but never checks the state of the blinds. So most of the time, there's always one to three blinds that don't respond to the commands. The remote control works flawlessly every time. Which leads me to believe it's this app that's the problem.

I've had 12 blinds for 2 months now. Pairing worked pretty well. Scheduled automation typically works, but is unreliable (50% of days, 1-2 fail). It's like the hub asks the blinds to lower, but doesn't check if it worked/retry. There's no way on the app to check the blinds' states. It tracks sunrise/sunset, but was an hour off after daylight savings time (I'm in CST). Top down/bottom up sometimes randomly closes with mode "3" resulting in the whole stack lowering and the blind staying open.
