The app has not been able to open from couple of days, it just says, something went wrong please try again later, please inform the relevant team what the problem is this?

User need to experience benifit of app features like profile correction, view associated documents, change contact numbers. Pay premiums and many more. They need to do work on it.

Cannot register my policy in the app. Goes "Something went wrong" after filling policy number and DOB.
