Not working good at all. Going on 7 months in and my electric has doubled! 🤬 support got involved and updated inverters. The app doesn't work right most of the time also. Kicks me off, won't let me log on, is totally opposite of what the system is actually producing. I'm furious at this point!! 🤬

As of today my NEP viewer is up and working properly again. I use this app a lot to monitor my solar array for production issues. It has assisted me in seeing panels that are not producing. It usually turns out to be a bad inverter.

The old app I could see on my phone the graph showing the production each day in real time all we get now is a box with a figure in it, we also got weekly, monthly graphs which we can't access now. All the good information is no longer being supplied.
