About this app

ESE-NEQABTY Is a mobile application that delivers the services of the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineering in an automated platform to the syndicate members affording electronic payment channels to facilitate the request of their services and maintain their payments with minimal effort and time.

ESE-NEQABTY enables Syndicate Engineers from getting the following services:
1- Renew their Medical Healthcare Services
2- Add, Remove Edit their Medical Followers List
3- Renew their Annual Subscriptions
4- Submit a Medical Claiming Request
5- View Medical Network Guide
6- Submit a Complain or a suggestion

More services will be enabled in the application to make all the services of the syndicate accessible to their members.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very poor, It keeps getting disconnected from the server, I finalized the medical service renewal in two days, because after any step I complete I lose connection to the server. I didn't get any confirmation for my payment, no delivery date, nothing you just pay and wait for the call forever. It is still better than the on-site renewal but surely not worth the 50 pounds billed for every engineer in the syndicate.

Update: Still full of bugs everytime I opened the application I got an error message which is check your internet connectivity I used my 2 mobile data providers, Home internet and still same error shown. ---------------- Completely full of bugs, can't log in for a while with error message check your connectivity ! At the same time I'm sending my comment now ! , the main bug was you have to try more than one trial to pay the renewal fees

Doesn't work. Although the phone is connected to the internet, the app keeps asking to check the internet connection. I tried with wifi and mobile data, and I removed the app and then reinstalled it, but nothing happened. Very poor and useless app.
