About this app

Accfam Work is the app for teams who work at sites rather than at desks - gate crews, security
staff, warehouse teams, field technicians. Your employer sets it up and gives you your account;
there is nothing to sign up for.

FOR STAFF
- Check in and out with one tap. The app reads your location at that moment, compares it with
the site you are rostered at, and shows you the result before anything is sent.
- See today's shift and your week: hours, sites, and what is due.
- Work through your tasks: start, finish, send for review, and see what came back.
- Ask for leave, a half day, a late arrival or an early finish, with your balance shown before
and after.
- Chat with your team: direct messages, groups, voice notes, files and calls - a call rings
even when the phone is locked.
- Keep working without signal: a punch or a message made offline is sent when the connection
returns.

FOR SUPERVISORS AND ADMINISTRATORS
- A live overview of who is in, late or absent today.
- Review flagged attendance - a punch outside the site, a poor reading, a missing check-out -
and decide.
- Build and publish rosters, assign tasks and review what comes back.
- Approve requests from your phone.
- Everything the web app can do, on the same permissions: what you can see and change here is
exactly what your role allows.

PRIVACY
Your location is recorded only when you press Check in or Check out - never in the background,
and the app does not ask for background location. Your employer decides how Accfam Work is
