This app is terrible. No nerds ever respond to my jobs despite posting it far in advance and posting it within the largest square mile distance. Don't count on them answering back unless you are located in a fancy zip code. It's a game the tech reps play and it'll cost your business while you could have been selecting someone else.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for this Nikki. I see there is a Nerd in your area but he may be away on holiday. I see you have a networking issue but if it’s urgent you can try remote support and get help right away.

Just gets stuck on the onboarding video. You press okay but just nothing, restart, nothing. Even installed different browsers but still blank.
