The question is, why change something that wasn't broken? This last updates was not needed at all. Why are you making our bank balance to be visible? Why is it that most times recharge card isn't credited but the money is deducted? Fix these issues please. Update: I almost forgot to add, you now have to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete a transaction as it keeps processing.

This Globus is garbage. Someone sent me money, I got an alert and went to the app, but the money isn't showing up. I called customer service and they told me I'd see the money within 24 hours. It's been three days, but I still haven't seen it in my account balance. If I have to use my two legs to go to the bank again, I swear they won't like me at all.

We don't said you should not update your app, please don't force update, make it optional. I don't like updating bank app the time I want to make transaction, when new update is available, please and please don't force it make it optional
