The question is, why change something that wasn't broken? This last updates was not needed at all. Why are you making our bank balance to be visible? Why is it that most times recharge card isn't credited but the money is deducted? Fix these issues please. Update: I almost forgot to add, you now have to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete a transaction as it keeps processing.

Honestly, I used to love this app and it was the most lovable bank app I had at the time. But since the recent updates the app has fallen below average, I don't understand what happened but your recent two updates were not necessary and downright bad. Or is it that you changed software developers? if it is so, please return to those who worked on the app before we miss them.

I sent an email to your customer service concerning activation and account upgrade. I fill the form sent to me and scanned it back but it's been 1 week then issue has not been rectified. If I manage and pay transport to your branch here, just know that I will withdraw all my money and delete your app.
