The question is, why change something that wasn't broken? This last updates was not needed at all. Why are you making our bank balance to be visible? Why is it that most times recharge card isn't credited but the money is deducted? Fix these issues please. Update: I almost forgot to add, you now have to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete a transaction as it keeps processing.

The update made to the app made the experience rubbish. I can't go back when I I reach a page, the navigation button is above my screen when I use my phone universal back button it closes the app. the fonts are not uniform and CHARGES are not logged on the app. That is extremely wrong. log all the charges on my account on the app please. transfer charges and other bank charges

I find it difficult to subscribe my GOTV, it kept showing me system exception but my electricity bill went through how come and the TV subscription can't go through, please i need your help, you guy should work on it fast. For that am giving you 2 star till the issue is resolved
