The question is, why change something that wasn't broken? This last updates was not needed at all. Why are you making our bank balance to be visible? Why is it that most times recharge card isn't credited but the money is deducted? Fix these issues please. Update: I almost forgot to add, you now have to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete a transaction as it keeps processing.

the app is the worst bank app I've ever seen, I was debited for a transaction three days ago and there's no section to even report it, there's no way to get to their customer service from the app, I don't think they paid enough money to the developer of this app or if they did, they need a refund and I hope he refunds them slower than they refund people for their failed transaction
