About this app

This application is a tool for construction support when replacing intercom equipment in collective housing (condominiums, apartments, etc.).


During the intercom equipment replacement work period, there will be a period when the intercom cannot be used, and residents will not be able to unlock the auto-lock from the room, so they will have to go to the entrance to pick up visitors such as home delivery and nursing care supporters. .


Install the Android terminal as the calling side of this application at the entrance. Call the resident's smartphone from the calling Android terminal (hereinafter referred to as the calling machine) installed at the entrance.
Installation of the caller is completed by simply connecting the power supply and the auto-locking facility. A temporary call system can be built easily and quickly, eliminating inconvenience during the construction period.


However, please note that this application cannot be linked with fire alarm equipment, so it cannot be used as a fire alarm intercom equipment.
Also, there are smartphone models that cannot be used.
Please see models for which operation has been confirmed.
Also, it cannot be used where there is no internet connection.
It is assumed to be used only during the construction period, and is not intended to be permanently installed in place of the conventional intercom.


① Install this application on the Android terminal installed at the entrance and log in as the "caller".
(2) Residents install this application on their smartphones and log in using the user ID/password provided in the guidance before starting to use the application.
③ When the user ID is called from the calling machine, this application responds.
At the same time as answering, the video shot from the calling machine is displayed. Then tap the "Answer" button to enter call mode. You can make calls between the calling machine and this application.
When you tap the "Open" button during a call, an unlock signal is immediately sent to the auto-lock facility connected to the calling machine, and the auto-lock installed at the entrance etc. is unlocked.
If the resident does not answer, the call will end automatically in 1 minute.
You can check the date and time of the call by tapping the "History" button, regardless of whether you answered or did not answer the call.

In addition, you can send fixed phrases when you are in a place where you cannot talk, or when you are at work or traveling by train. The boilerplate is immediately displayed on the caller.



・It may not work properly due to future Android OS version upgrades. We will try to support it as needed, but it may take several days, or even weeks, to support the latest version.・Since the call will be notified by push notification, the call will not be made in places where Internet communication is not possible.
・There is a time lag of several seconds from push notification to application launch depending on the communication environment, sleep state of the terminal, etc.
・It is assumed to be used only during the construction period, and is not expected to be used for a long period of time.
・There is no function to change the password or ID as it is assumed to be used during the construction period.
