The most useful app for house hunters ever. I have been searching a house in Hyderabad for the past two weeks to no avail. I came across this app and decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment to see a property with area manager Sai Bala and I booked the home in the first go itself. Very good value and hassle free. Thanks Nestaway.
Terrible customer service. We had a fire accident due to short circuit and the emergency customer service representative disconnected our call stating that he is in IPL match. His enjoyment is more important than tenents safety. We do not get water on time and we have frequent powercuts due to short circuit. We live days without water and power. Worst thing is that we cannot even move out due to tenent lockout policy. This is pure torture for us. We either have to loose our money or stay here and experience this torture.
My friend booked their flat using nestaway, they were promised their move in on 15 Apr but now the responsible person is saying it will take 10-15 days more for their rooms to get ready. They have taken the money and not delivered on their promise. They are not at all good and its causing a lot of problems for them. I would not recommend nestaway to anyone.
Worst service.. zero maintenance... 3rd class amenities... Pathetic customer support... Very dirty houses.. will never use their service.. not at all recommended.. total waste of time and money... Unprofessional area managers... Move out team did not come on the given date.. nestaway called me multiple times post 1 week of move out date.. thw move out team tried to fool my friend to rate them 5 star..
worst customer service, they just keep on ignoring your concern's. their executive don't know how to talk, they have no updates, they will never make a promised call back. they just want money from you, but not ready to provide service. i want to rate them in negative, they are not worth a single penny, ur service sucks😣
Related to App In my case data is not in sync with desktopapplication. Twice raised the issue. Related to service Worst, highly unprofessional behaviour. Recommendation- To all new tenant, please check your house carefully and get all things/issue resolved prior you move-in. Cause once you shifted official simply ignore call. And above all team automatically close ticket. In one line- Worst service.
