About this game

Beak Drop puts you at the nest during feeding season. A row of swallow nestlings waits below, each beak opening and snapping shut to its own rhythm, while their hunger bars slowly climb. You guide the parent bird along the top of the screen with your finger and tap to release a grub. Time it right and the grub drops straight into an open beak, scoring a feed and resetting that nestling's hunger.

Every feeding run is a quick, focused burst. Drag the parent over the beak you want, read the timing, and let the grub fall. A grub only counts when it lands in a beak that is open at that moment, so a tap over a closed beak feeds no one. Miss and the parent simply gets a fresh grub to try again. The pressure comes from the whole brood at once: let any nestling's hunger reach the top and you lose one of your three lives.

Every twelve successful feeds pushes you up a level. Beaks open and close faster, hunger builds quicker, and the brood grows to as many as five nestlings, so you have to spread your attention across a wider, busier row. Points scale with the level you reach, giving each feeding run a rising climb toward a better score.

When the last life is gone the brood goes quiet, and you see your score, the level you reached, and your best result. Beat your record and a New best marker appears. From there you can retry straight away or head back to the menu.
