About this app

Net Smart Key is the official app for accessing digital bins with your smartphone, without the need for a physical key. After a quick registration, you can unlock compatible bins directly from your phone.

To open a bin:
1 - Approach and scan the bin using the app
2 - Select the waste to be disposed of
3 - Open the bin and deposit the waste

Net Smart Key recognizes your profile (resident or tourist) to ensure proper access.
Tourists can use the app for up to 7 days by registering on the app.

If you lose or replace your key, you can update the code directly in the app. To obtain a new key or request support, contact our Call Center or visit one of our branches.

Net Smart Key è l'app ufficiale per accedere ai cassonetti digitali con il tuo smartphone, senza bisogno della chiavetta fisica. Dopo una rapida registrazione, che richiede solo l'inserimento del codice identificativo della tua chiavetta, potrai sbloccare i cassonetti compatibili direttamente dal telefono.
Net Smart Key riconosce il tuo profilo (residente o turista) per garantire l’accesso corretto. I turisti possono utilizzare l'app fino a 7 giorni, registrandosi sull’app.
