Spare parts ordered from ALFAH GmbH can be easily recorded in the workshop by scanning or clicking on the listed parts. With PartsTrack, you can keep track of delivered and backordered spare parts.

The app is designed for clear, simple, and streamlined operation, so that any user can record deliveries without extensive training.

Overview:

• The parts status is updated immediately in C@risma
• Integrated barcode scanning
• Orders are sorted by delivery date
• Search by part number, manufacturer, order, storage location, etc.
• The storage location of the delivered parts is entered in the workshop
• The recipient is assigned to the goods receipt

The app was specifically developed for use in the workshop in conjunction with C@risma in the office. Large controls for smartphones and tablets, a clear structure, and short navigation paths help you find information quickly and complete tasks directly. Searching and misunderstandings are avoided.
