Ratings and reviews

Despite the negative reviews, I personally have had nothing but a great experience with Netcoins! Their customer service is very prompt &thorough! There was an issue 1 time regarding a with a withdrawal into my bank. But they replied to me the very next morning & the funds were back in my Netcoin account in CAD currency, I requested another withdrawal, within minutes, it was successful like every other time. I have more positive words to express but I only have so many characters available.

Easy to use in Canada with E transfers. Good on & off ramp. Small index of relevant crypto. I'm not a fan of the spread on top of the fees. You can't access stake on desktop, and can't access limit orders on mobile. Their format needs improvement. They give 1% cash back in Bitcoin with Netcoins pay, which is a great incentive. 3 stars overall.

Horrible experience first they took funds then held them due to a discrepancy in email address they said after sending them proof that email on bank account was the same as one on file yet still wouldn't return the funds
