mit.dk is your digital entrance to important interactions with the public and private sector – secure and simple.

The purpose of mit.dk is to make your everyday life easier. It’s free to use and all you need is a MitID.
• You can handle the digital post you receive or send, intuitively and easily.
• You can read, answer, and act on important messages from both public and private senders.
• Safely and securely, you can pay with e.g., MobilePay or a bank payment. mit.dk will help you to complete payments in due time, and it’s simple to sign up for Betalingsservice.
• Documents, contracts, or agreements are signed with your MitID directly on the document you have received in mit.dk.
• When you need to share sensitive information and documents, you can do so from mit.dk, securely and with no hassle.
• Use your protected mit.dk profile as your access card. Without logging in again, you can access various self-service options and websites of the companies and public authorities that uses mit.dk. You only need to log into mit.dk once.

The first time you use mit.dk you simply need to sign up with your MitID and fill out a few details. Afterwards, you can quickly and securely log into the app by using facial recognition, fingerprint, or a pin code of your choice.

You decide how mit.dk notifies you about new messages. You can receive a push notification on your mobile device, an e-mail, or a text message sent to your phone. You will also be notified if you must act on an important request.

Hi,my app is not responding, it shows response error code. I need help. thanks

The UI looks good but there are a lot of bugs in the app. Currently can't download a single attachment but have to download all as a zip file, then unzip. In eboks, you can not only download a single file but also directly save it in Google drive or OneDrive etc. Not at all an option here. Further annoying wanting about an unsupported browser, even if that browser is based on Chromium.

received an errorcode, then close the app also issues via WEB for over an week
