To use the DumaOS app, your router must be running DumaOS 3.0 or later. Telstra customers can also use this app if they have Telstra Internet Optimiser.

Terrible. Doesn't work at all. You can connect but can't do anything. They can't even get the speed test to work... You would think this would be embarrassing enough to get them to fix it but nope. I would never buy another duma os related product again. Constant bugs and updates that take years, only to end up here. Uninstall simulator

I've been using a NetDuma device since the R1 and am now using the R2. The app crashes every time when trying to access the "Network Monitor" feature. Having a high screen resolution is the casue of this crash (Android 12 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra WQHD+ 3088x1440). Anything lower than that works fine(HD+,FHD+). The web gui, when accessing it from your desktop, has problems/bugs scaling the network monitor graph as well at anything above 1920x1080.

Works occasionally which is frustrating. Ping heat map finally works but geo fence doesn't even show the servers anymore, Making it pointless. Speed test doesn't work either. Made in your mums spare bedroom!!?? Bit of an embarrassing shambles to be fair.
