SMS Redirect & Schedule automatically forwards the text messages you choose to another phone number, and lets you schedule your own messages to send later — all without an account, a server, or your data ever leaving your device.

WHY SMS REDIRECT & SCHEDULE?
Cover a work phone, monitor a second SIM, forward one-time codes to a shared family number, or just make sure a message goes out while you're busy. The app runs quietly in the background and handles it for you, reliably, 100% on-device.

REDIRECT — Forward messages by rule
• Create simple rules: match a sender (by text or contact) and pick a target number
• Works for standard SMS, and for RCS/chat messages from Google Messages, Samsung Messages, and other messaging apps
• First matching rule wins — drag to reorder your rules
• Optional custom prefix added to every forwarded message (e.g. "SMS Redirect:")
• Choose whether forwarding is allowed while roaming
• History of the last 50 forwarded messages, with sender, target, and matched rule
• Get a notification every time a message is forwarded

SCHEDULE — Send texts automatically, later
• Compose a message once, pick a contact, a date, and a time — the app sends it for you
• Repeat daily, on work-week days, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly, with an optional stop date
• Organize scheduled messages into categories
• History of every scheduled message that was sent

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no login, no backend server
• Rules, schedules, contacts, and history are stored only on your device
• Forwarded and scheduled messages are sent directly through your own carrier's SMS network — never through a server of ours, because we don't have one
• Only anonymous crash and usage data is collected to help fix bugs — never phone numbers, contact names, or message content

A NOTE ON RCS
Android gives apps no direct way to intercept RCS/chat messages, so Redirect reads Google Messages' notifications as a best-effort safety net — there is no guaranteed delivery channel for RCS on Android, for any app. It works well for everyday messages; note that newer Android versions redact one-time passcodes from notifications before any app, including this one, can see them, so treat OTP forwarding as best-effort.

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
SMS Redirect & Schedule only asks for what it needs: SMS permissions (to detect and send messages), Contacts (to pick numbers by name), Phone State (to detect roaming), and Notification Access (for RCS capture).
