About this app

The GIG app only works in conjunction with the building management software hausmanager.

Functions:
▪ Task planning and activity recording with mobile devices for caretakers, technicians, cleaning staff, etc.
▪ Automatic updating of tasks
▪ Data exchange via mobile internet on the go and in the property itself
▪ Offline function that always ensures working in basements, underground garages or other places with poor connections
▪ Display of current tasks and appointments with execution time, job description, contact person, etc. in list and calendar view
▪ Push notification for new tasks
▪ Recording of activities carried out with place, time, photo, comments and material used
▪ Signature of employees and/or customer with receipt
▪ Recording of meter readings or inventory on site (e.g. via QR codes)
▪ Recording of additionally performed services
▪ Creation of tickets (e.g. damage)
