Payroll by Nethris is a quick and user-friendly mobile app for employers and their employees. I can't get this app to work anymore. It worked for months and when I reset my phone it would not work. It says there is an error. I can log in on PC. Called customer Serv and he was very short and irritated. He told me to call my phone provider because they have no complaints regarding this issue. Yet I come to the app site and see that there is deff an issue that many people are having. Don't ask me to call customer. Serv. I already did that.

I've been using this app for about 2 years now with 4 different jobs. Never had an issue until recently. The application is not giving me anything but "Messages" and "Documents". The website is giving me everything though. I'm not too sure how that works as usually apps like this are basically a private browser to access the website itself..? Until this is fixed, the review sits at a 3 stars. 5 stars before that issue popped up.

Hi. You are probably authorized to receive your pay slips on our web application but not on our mobile application. Please contact your employer to have your access to Self-Service functions verified. If needed, your employer can contact our customer service department. Thank you and have a nice day. ^AD

App is keep crashing. Samsung S20 FE Also I did as you said, uninstalled the app and re-installed it, cleared cache but is keep crashing. On top, when I did all that for 4th time and I cleared the data too, when I put business code and username is giving me an error. Sorry to tell you but you didn't do QA before releasing the updates.

Hi, we are aware that our application is experiencing difficulties. This specifically affects users who have configured biometrics on their devices. We are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, in order to access the app, you can uninstall and reinstall the app, clear the cache and then reopen the app. Thanks and have a good day! ^FR
