Cut the work into fixed blocks of time, take one block at a time, and rest often.
Touhou Focus Timer is a plain timer for time blocking.

What makes it different is who sits next to you. A partner from Gensokyo says something short at each turn of the block — when you start, at the halfway mark, when the end is near, when you finish, during the break, when you stop early, and when you reach the day's goal. Every line is written for that one character: 864 lines in English and 864 in Japanese, with no generic encouragement anywhere.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Make a time block, such as 25 minutes of focus plus a 5 minute break, four times over
2. Pick the partner who will keep you company
3. Start. A notification tells you when the block is up

WHAT YOU GET
- As many time blocks as you like (name, focus length, break length, sets per day, partner)
- A daily goal, and a ring on the home screen showing how much you have focused today
- Notifications at the end of a block, so you never have to watch the screen while focusing
- Records: today, a bar chart for the last 7 days, a grid for the last 5 weeks, lifetime totals, time spent with each partner, and your streak
- Blocks you stop early are still recorded. They count toward the day's minutes, but not toward blocks completed
- A dark palette for late nights (night mode)
- English and Japanese

EIGHTEEN PARTNERS
Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame are with you from the start. The others join as your lifetime focus time adds up, in order. The thresholds are deliberately long, so if you would rather not wait you can watch a video and bring in any one partner right away.
