About this app
NetLock RMM Console is the mobile companion for NetLock RMM, the remote monitoring and management platform for IT teams and managed service providers.
The app connects to your own NetLock RMM installation, self-hosted on your hardware or running in the NetLock RMM cloud. It is not a standalone service: you need an account on an existing NetLock RMM console to sign in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Open your console anywhere:
Your complete web console runs inside the app in fullscreen. Devices, events, tickets, policies, scripts and reports behave exactly as they do on the desktop.
Keep several consoles side by side:
Save one profile per server: production, lab, or a separate console per customer. Every profile keeps its own address, sign-in and settings, and switching takes a single tap.
Set up by scanning a QR code:
Open the home page of your console in a browser and scan the QR code shown there. Address and name are filled in for you, so you never type a long URL on a phone keyboard.
Get notified when something happens:
Push notifications bring console events to your phone. They are grouped per console, so several servers never mix, and a tap opens the matching event straight in the console. You decide which profiles may notify you, and you can switch notifications off completely.
Stay signed in, safely:
The app keeps your session so you do not sign in on every launch. An app lock protects it with your fingerprint, face or device code, with timeouts of 0, 1, 5, 15 or 60 minutes and an option to lock on every start. You can also block screenshots and hide the app preview in the task switcher.
Control a screen through the relay:
Connect through a NetLock RMM relay, pick a device and see its screen on your phone. You can send keyboard input and request elevation while you are away from your desk.
Move files in both directions:
Downloads from the console land in your device's download folder. Uploads use the normal file picker and accept several files at once.
Sign in with your identity provider:
Sign-in flows through providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Keycloak run inside the app.
Your language and your theme:
The interface is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese, or it follows your device language. Light and dark mode follow the system setting.
Diagnostics you can hand over:
A local log records what the app did, without cookies, tokens or passwords. You can read it, filter it, copy it, share it as a zip file and delete it whenever you want.
