Can anyone tell me why there is no internet connection for the apps internet or why my phone can't connect to the drone? I got this drone for fun and photography reasons but I can't record cause my phone can't connect

Device never connected cam looks fake app does nothing but churp and whistle the drone is not to bad it responds well but does not work with app that's for sure.
