About this app

SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the netsapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

We utilise foreground services to ensure uninterrupted calling functionality within the app. This is essential to maintain seamless communication even when the app is running in the background, preventing microphone disconnection during calls.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APP!!!! I signed up a phone services that uses this app and it has been a nightmare since we had it! Constant dropped calls, the call history doesn't show recent missed calls so if you miss a call you have to wait hours to know who it was. You can't talk on this app if it in background I.E. you cant use your calculator app while using this app or else the person on the line won't hear you. WORST app I have ever had on my phone.

I have an office with 30 users and it has been the worst investment in my company's history. it was promised that it would be able to: text-no make calls-some times used on any phone - no use off of Wi-Fi- infrequently use on Wi-Fi - infrequently use with all contacts - no caller ID - no function with sound so you can hear - no work with Bluetooth- no Overall it is the worst app I have ever used! They keep promising that fixes are going to come and solve the problems and they never do.

This app has gotten progressively worse as time has gone on. And the experience is the same for me as an Android user and for my colleagues who are iPhone users. We regularly have to log out/log back in (often multiple times a day), or uninstall and reinstall the app just to receive calls. Lately if trying to make calls it will suddenly stop working mid-call when using my Bluetooth earpiece, even though it works fine when making regular calls. We are now looking for a new work phone provider.
