EdClass Student for Android connects to an EdClass-managed classroom* using an Android device, enabling real-time interaction and class management.
Key Features:
■ Attendance Check
Attendance slips are distributed to each student at the start of class, and the names and information entered by students are displayed on the teacher console.
■ Connect to Student Devices
You can search for student Android devices from the teacher console application, or connect directly to the lesson entered by the student.
■ Lesson Objectives
If indicated by the teacher, the current lesson objectives will be displayed on the student's iPad when the student connects to the lesson.
■ Message Reception
Students can receive and view messages sent from the teacher console.
A sound will notify them when a message is received.
■ Help Requests
Students who need assistance from the teacher can send a help request to the teacher.
Students who have sent a help request will be displayed on the teacher console.
■ Surveys
You can conduct surveys to assess student knowledge and understanding, or to compile class evaluations.
Students respond to survey questions in real time, and the results can be displayed on the teacher console and to other students in the classroom.
■ Screen Lock
When you want to draw the teacher's attention, you can display a lock screen on student devices and prevent them from operating.
■ Screen Blackout
Forces student tablet screens to go dark.
■ Teacher Screen Display
You can display the teacher's desktop screen on student devices.
