Solid Waste Management (SWM) is the official field-collection app for Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC), built to help tax collectors and team leaders manage ratepayers and
collect waste-management user charges quickly and accurately — right from the field.

Designed for municipal collection staff, the app brings the entire door-to-door collection workflow into one simple, reliable tool: locate ratepayers, view outstanding dues,
accept payments through multiple modes, and print receipts on the spot.

KEY FEATURES

• Ratepayer Management
Search and view residential, commercial, and institutional ratepayers. Access consumer details such as consumer number, holding number, category, sub-category, mobile
number, and address in one place.

• Apartment & Cluster Support
Manage apartment and cluster ratepayers, view the number of entities, dues period, and total dues, and handle individual flat consumers within a building.

• Multiple Payment Modes
Collect user charges via Cash, UPI, Cheque, Demand Draft (DD), and NEFT. Capture the relevant reference details (UTR number, cheque number, bank name, cheque date) for every
transaction.

• Instant Receipt Printing
Connect to Bluetooth and thermal printers to print payment receipts immediately after collection, with formats suited to both apartment and individual payments.

• Dashboard & Ward Summary
Get a clear overview of your collection area with ward summary, total demand, monthly and yearly demand figures, and commercial ratepayer counts. Staff role (Tax Collector
or Team Leader) is shown for clarity.

• Demand Management
Review current and previous collections, monthly demand, and outstanding dues to plan and prioritise field visits.

• Recent Activity & Transactions
Track recent collections, view ratepayer transaction history, and reprint receipts when needed.

• Location-Aware Collection
Capture collection location to support accurate, verifiable field operations.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

This application is intended for authorised Ranchi Municipal Corporation field staff — tax collectors and team leaders — responsible for collecting solid waste user charges
and maintaining ratepayer records. A valid login is required to use the app.
