NetWork is a professional network built for one industry and closed to everyone
else. If you work in engineering, data, AI, design, product, DevOps, security,
QA or IT support, this is for you. If you sell insurance, it isn't.
It is not a job board with a social tab bolted on, and not a feed with a careers
page attached. It is three things that belong together: the people, the rooms
they talk in, and the work they're looking for.
THE PEOPLE
MATCHED BY WHAT YOU BOTH WANT
Most networks connect you by who you already know. NetWork connects you by
intent. You say what you're looking for — a job, a cofounder, a mentor, a
mentee, freelance work, a project collaborator, an advisor, investors, first
customers — and what you can help others with: referrals, hiring, mentorship,
introductions, technical help, product feedback. Then it shows you the people
whose answers fit yours.
VOUCHES, NOT ENDORSEMENTS
Back a specific skill for someone you've actually worked with. The app records
who backed what and keeps the list. No one-click endorsements, no way for
strangers to inflate each other.
WARM INTRODUCTIONS AND MENTORS
Ask a connection to introduce you to someone you don't know, with a note saying
why — an explicit ask the other person can decline, which is what makes a yes
worth having. Mentors open a limited, visible number of sessions, so nobody is
quietly ignoring a queue.
THE ROOMS
A FEED WITHOUT THE PERFORMANCE
Every post is one of five things: an Ask, something you're Building, an Update,
something you're Offering, or Hiring. That's the entire vocabulary. There's no
room for a motivational thread because there's no post type for one.
CIRCLES
Public, moderated rooms for one topic each — Backend & Distributed Systems,
Data & AI, DevOps & SRE, Frontend & Mobile, Security, Interview Rooms, Pay &
Offers, Switching. Ask what a company actually paid, or what they actually
asked in the loop, somewhere the answer isn't a recruiter.
THE WORK
ROLES, STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE
Every listing is synced from an employer's own careers page — Greenhouse,
Lever, Ashby, Workday and others. No reposts, no aggregator spam, no agency
listings for jobs that don't exist. You apply on the company's own site.
Filter by country, state and city, discipline, skill or remote.
SEE THE GAP BEFORE YOU APPLY
Every role shows which required skills you have and which you're missing. When
a listing publishes no requirements it says so rather than guessing.
QUICK SORT
Two hundred roles isn't a list you read, it's a list you scroll past. Quick
sort gives you one at a time: swipe right to shortlist, left to pass, tap to
open it. Passes are remembered, so nothing you rejected comes back.
AFTER YOU APPLY
Most trackers ask what stage your application is in. For anything sent to a
company's own careers page you cannot know — nothing reports back. So NetWork
asks what actually happened and works out the rest:
• Waiting — sent, no reply yet
• Chase up — quiet long enough that a follow-up is the obvious move
• In conversation — a human came back to you
• Closed — offer, rejection, or you walked away
The Chase up column fills itself. Log a follow-up in one tap and it resets the
clock without pretending anything moved forward. The numbers behind it — what's
live, what's overdue, how long things have really waited — come only from what
you recorded or what the app can see.
New roles matching your saved searches are checked on-device and notified
locally. Matching never leaves your phone.
AND NOTHING ELSE
No sales roles. No MLM pitches. No motivational posting. No recruiters cold-
messaging you about a rockstar ninja opening. The restriction is the product,
not a limitation of it.
Free. No ads.
For IT only: connect by intent, talk in circles, find roles, track every apply.
